After our sales team generated the biggest sale in company history, the contract came through with imposing challenges to delivering the project in a timely manner while maintaining our signature high-quality translation product. We overcame the challenges by dividing the project into manageable subsets that added together into a high-quality whole. At Technovate, when a suggestion or improvement can measurably improve our system or delivery process, we implement it. We ask one simple question: "Is the client better off because of this change?" If the answer is yes, then it's implemented. For a project of this magnitude, our IT team added new modules to our ERP that allowed for quick management of the vast number of files used for this project as well as improving communication between translators. We also took the initiative to begin around-the-clock operations due to the amount of communication needed to ensure seamless delivery of every file. We were there for our client and quickly answered every question because time was of the essence. Our team of native translators delivered with flying colours. Our ERP empowered us to deliver emergency files quickly within specified timelines all while maintaining smooth workflow for the rest of the project. Our client was thrilled and continues to use us for translation work.
