About the Language:
Assyrian is written using the Syriac alphabet. There are different words to indicate male and female words throughout the language and depending on who you are speaking with will change the word in the sentence. Sometimes the word does not need to be directed as a male or female but if you are speaking with a male or female there is a separate word to use.
In 1930, an alphabet written from Latin script was developed for the Assyrian language.
