Many foreign firms doing business with Korea have been worried due to the pessimistic news coming out of the country. In addition, Prime Minister Han Seung-soo has addressed multiple complaints from these businesses relating to the inaccurate news promoted by international media regarding Korea's economic situation.
In order to allay fears and provide seamless and prompt service to foreign firms that work with Korea, the prime minister created the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission (ACRC) to offer free multilingual interpretation and translation to businesses doing business with the country.
This new agency will also appoint an international businessperson to be an honorary ombudsman to create a new communication channel to allow foreign firms to voice any complaints they may have about operating their businesses in Korea.
